At Capitiviopro, we strive to deliver excellent real estate marketing services through our subscription platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be made after your cancellation is processed.
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
We may provide refunds in the following cases:
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Verified fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Service disruptions caused directly by Capitiviopro that prevent reasonable use of the platform
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
3. Changes to Plans
Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the new rate will be charged immediately, and the higher-tier features will become available.
Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4. Termination by Capitiviopro
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
